Refunds and Returns Policy
At The Oud Shop, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our oud oils and perfumes. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require us to consider refunds, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction within the guidelines below.
1. No Returns Policy
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our products. Once the product has been shipped and delivered, it cannot be returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We may issue a refund or offer a replacement after reviewing the claim.

Incorrect Product Received: If the product you received does not match your order, we will review the claim and may issue a refund or send you the correct product at no additional cost.

Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit and cannot be located after investigation with the shipping carrier, we may issue a refund or resend the product.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
2. Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
3. If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the product has been shipped or delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with the scent or performance of the product after it has been used.
- Claims made outside of the 48-hour window for damaged or incorrect products.
